Destination
Innisbrook Resort is located in Palm Harbor, northwest of Tampa. It is one of the bigest golf resorts in Florida with four golf courses and a hotel with more than 600 rooms.
Recognized in the world of golf because the Copperhead Course is the venue every year for the Valspar Championship, one of the traditional Florida Swing tournaments of the PGA Tour.

The Golf
North Course
Also known as "Baby Copperhead," is one of Innisbrook's most challenging courses. Known for its daunting par 3s, North features tight fairways, an abundance of trees, and well-bunkered greens - placing a premium on accuracy from tee to green. 11 holes on the North Course also present water hazards, making club selection a critical decision when trying to break par. The North Course is guaranteed to test your nerves.
Copperhead Course
A favorite course among PGA Tour professionals, Copperhead is the most recognized of the four at Innisbrook. After all, it hosts the best golfers in the world during the annual visit for the Valspar Championship.
Pine-lined fairways and rolling terrain define the layout. Impressive in beauty and challenge, the surrounding lagoons are home to abundant wildlife, including fox squirrels, bald eagles, alligators, blue herons, and many other types of waterfowl.

Terms and Conditions
Prices and Currency
Prices are quoted in "currency of origin", which is the currency determined by the final service providers at destination.
Prices may be subject to change until such time as reservations have been confirmed and settled by the service providers.
Prices may be subject to change if the basis on which they were quoted is modified.
Price freeze
The price in "currency of origin" will be frozen with the payment of the deposit.
Collection Policy and Exchange Rate
- Deposit or transfer to our account at TRUIST Bank (USA).
- For conversion to USD from GBP or Euros, please contact the office, who will confirm in writing the selling exchange rate of the currency in question in the USA. This exchange rate will be valid until 24 hours of the following day. After that time, you will have to ask for the exchange rate to be applied.
Taxes
Prices are FINAL, and include all taxes both at origin and destination (country of final provision of the service).
Reservations
The only way to consider a firm reservation is through the payment of 40% of the value of the services. The balance (60% of the remaining services) must be paid 60 days prior to the date of travel. The amount will be considered "paid" only once it has been credited in favor of Wegolf.
For reservations made less than 60 days in advance, payment in full will be required within 24 hours of the reservation request. If this requirement is not met, the reservation will be considered automatically cancelled, the conditions described in the chapter "Cancellations" will apply and no claim will be accepted.
The total or partial prepayment of the reserved services implies the acceptance of the general conditions.
Cancellations without replacement:
When the passenger who booked a trip confirms that he/she will not attend leaving his/her place empty.
1-Up to 60 days before the arrival date: The client will lose 20% of the total price agreed upon.
2-Between 59 and 31 days before: The client will lose 40% of the total price agreed upon.
3-Within the final 30 days: The client will lose 100% of the total price agreed upon and the agency will be able to dispose of these places at its discretion, without having to pay anything to the client (whether he/she occupies them with another client or not).
Cancellations with replacement:
When the passenger who originally booked a trip, confirms that he/she will not attend, but presents a third party to take his/her place. An effective replacement will only be considered once the payments made by the replacement passenger have been credited, until then the company will retain the money charged to the original customer.
1-Up to 60 days before: The original customer will have no penalty, and the agency will refund 100% of the money received.
2-Between 59 and 31 days before: The original client will lose 10% of the total agreed price.
3-Within the final 30 days: The original client will lose 20% of the total agreed price.
Important: It is a necessary condition to apply the "cancellation WITH replacement" that the replacement has been presented by the original client. If the agency or third parties obtain the replacement, the retentions to be applied to the original passenger will be those detailed in "cancellations WITHOUT replacement", not giving rise to any subsequent claim on your part.
Disclaimer of liability in case the client is not allowed to enter the country of destination
Wegolf declines all responsibility if the foreign authorities refuse the visa to the passenger or if, for any other special reason corresponding to the passenger, the foreign authorities do not allow entry to the corresponding country. For Wegolf it will be a case of "cancellation without replacement".
Itinerary Changes
The travel itinerary is confirmed with the reservation and payment of 40%. During the course of time until 100% of the reservation is paid, changes can be made in courses or accommodations according to the conditions established by our suppliers. Within 30 days prior to the trip, all changes will have an additional cost according to the individual conditions established by each provider. Wegolf is not responsible for cases in which the Overseas Supplier considers a "No Show".
Responsibilities
Wegolf has made a careful selection of its service providers, such as hotels, golf courses, resorts, transportation, guides and other services. However, as these are independent suppliers, Wegolf shall not be liable for death, personal injury or any other loss that may occur due to:
(a) Any act or omission of any such suppliers.
b) Any other event over which Wegolf has no control.
